The Foundation's purpose is the creation of social value, to be achieved through the conception, design, development and promotion of projects with a high social impact and with Environmental, Social and Governance ("ESG") objectives, also acting as a reference entity for the Founder in relation to CSR activities and/or the implementation of initiatives consistent with the Foundation's purposes, in synergy with other non-profit and profit organisations; the recovery and regeneration of real estate assets mainly held as collateral for impaired loans, for projects of social utility, involving communities, profit companies, non-profit organisations, public and private bodies and local areas; and the provision of services and training for non-profit organisations, social enterprises and public and private institutions operating in the Foundation's fields of activity.
